At low speed, the series resistance is large, the more energy is lost, and the lower the power. The speed regulation range is affected by the load, the load is large and the load is small and the load is light.

3. Weakening speed regulation, in order to prevent the magnetic circuit of the DC motor of the electric curtain from being too saturated, so the speed regulation can only be weak magnetic, not strong magnetic, the armature voltage of the DC motor is kept at the rated value, and the series resistance of the armature circuit is reduced to At the minimum, the excitation current and magnetic flux are reduced by increasing the excitation circuit resistance Rf so that the speed of the DC motor of the electric curtain increases and the mechanical characteristics become soft. When the speed rises, if the load torque is still rated, the motor power will exceed the rated power, and the motor will run with overload, which is not allowed. Therefore, when the field weakening speed is adjusted, the load torque will decrease correspondingly with the increase of the motor speed, which is a constant power speed regulation. In order to prevent the rotor winding of the motor from being removed and damaged due to excessive centrifugal force, when using a weak magnetic field for speed regulation, it should be noted that the speed of the DC motor does not exceed the allowable limit.

4. In the speed regulation system of the DC motor of the electric curtain, the easiest way is to complete the speed regulation by changing the resistance in the armature circuit.
